My First Photoshoot!
Adriana from Prolific Nature popped my photography cherry and I liked it a lot!
After years of selfies and running into self timed pictures with nothing but crossed fingers and rose colored glasses, I finally hired a professional photographer! Guys - I could not be happier with the result. I took my sweet ass time, did my research, asked around, weighed the options and finally decided upon Adriana from Prolific Nature, a professional boudoir photographer here in Toronto. She was professional and chill af. Her rates are very reasonable and she was great at guiding a total novice like myself.
Adriana was naturally encouraging with me which is why I look genuinely happy in all my pics. She very much emphasized capturing natural movements and more candid shots which really helped me relax and just be myself. I kinda just popped around doing my thing and she let me know when she saw a good opportunity. She would quickly grab a few shots then we would move on. For me this meant no awkwardly positioned pics or weird smile-holding for long periods of time. Also, because she was so efficient, I only had to sort through about 70 raw pictures when all was said and done, saving me a lot of sorting and deliberation time.
The photoshoot included 3 outfit changes and only took about 2 hours in total. She got the raw pics sent to me within a few hours of the photoshoot and my edited pics back in less than a couple weeks! As you can see, the pictures aren’t heavily photoshopped so I still look like me, which was a concern of mine, I’m not tryin’ to be Bastienne “The Catfish” Cross over here. Also, this photoshoot gave me an opportunity to showcase my collection of houseplants that I’ve been spoiling during the pandy! I think I spent the same amount of time prepping my plants as I did getting myself ready 🌱💚
Ultimately it was such a great experience and I’m so glad I finally took the plunge. You can find Adriana’s photos throughout my website and mixed into my photo gallery page but I wanted to create a post where they all live together - Enjoy! 📸

⬆️ This is my favourite one! I’m holding the balloon strings with my ample, new quarantine buttcheeks!
⬆️ Thrust master flex with the golden champagne 😎
⬆️ OMG Meow Mommy MEOW.
⬆️ Did you know that I have a big, fat, milky butt? Also, I adore high heels but sometimes they look like horse hooves to me …(pssst, I like it) 🐎
⬆️ This is the one where I look at my new horse feet. clomp clomp.
⬆️ I look like a normal person and/or lizard in this one 😬
⬆️ I got this “peachy” shirt for $3 and I cannot stop wearing it! Also being with balloons makes me really happy. Also, also… after this photoshoot I burst all the balloons with my butt! (for real - clip coming soon!) 🎈
⬆️ uh-oh it’s the shirt again.
⬆️ I should probably do another post where I prove that I own other shirts.
⬆️ 🤦♀️
⬆️ YES! It’s the peachy shirt again .. of course! I mean at this point it’s your fault for expecting any different! Side note: I LOVE this pic! It looks like a strange oil painting of an ominously joyful, slutty baker. Yes, the rolling pin is for testicles :) k BYE!
